Life can be an emotional roller coaster presenting us with highs and lows. My goal as a Counselor is to assist individuals in finding the opening to their life's mazes. I have experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. I take pride in providing support to those in need and it is a blessing to assist others in their walks of life. Within counseling, I seek to assist in helping you find the path that is best for you while being an open, unbiased audience. Services
Individual, Family and Group Counseling
As a Counselor, I seek to create a treatment plan specific to each client as an individual based on their needs. My specialties include self- esteem/ compassion, trauma, and depression. I utilize Solution Focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques as a means to assist individuals process areas of difficulty and to develop a plan n how to address these areas by adjusting our ways of thinking.
I believe that every client is an individual and should be treated as such. We will work together to establish goals to move towards healing. I would love the opportunity to help. Please feel free to contact me for a free consultation.
